🦋🐝🦋The Geometry Solids Shapes and their Nets🦋🐝🦋

Welcome👦👧boys and girls to another fun Mathematics class. Today we will be going on an adventure where we will be exploring the topic  " What are the Geometry Solid?   The definition of Solids/3D Shapes  In geometry, there are various types of solids.   Solids are three-dimensional  shapes because they have three dimensions such as  length ,  breadth  and  height .   The bodies which occupy space are called solids. The geometry solids are called   polyhedrons. A net in this context is nothing like a fishing net or a basketball net! It is simply a picture of what the 3D shape would look like if all its sides were folded out flat. Imagine a cardboard box that has been opened out, for example. A  net  is what a 3D  shape  would look like if it was unfolded. You can draw and fold  nets  to make 3D  shapes . A 3D  shape  can have more than one possible  net . Edges  are straight lines that define the sides of the polygons that make up each face of the shape. Vertices  (or corners) are points where at least three edges meet. The Solids and their Properties The properties are the features that the geometry solids have. 🐷🐤🐷Performance Task (Flu/Influenza) Language Arts🐷🐤🐷

Welcome 👦👧boys and girls. Today we will be engaged in a performance task activity . In this activity you will be provided with two sources to do your tasks. Ready!!👦👧boys and girls.  Read the sources carefully before selecting and writing your answers in part 1 and part 2 👇 Task 1: Source 1: Source 2: What is the flu (influenza)? The flu is an illness you get from the influenza virus. It causes symptoms like head and body aches, sore throat, fever and respiratory symptoms, which can be severe. Flu is most common in winter months, when many people can get sick at once (an epidemic). What causes the flu? The influenza virus causes flu. Influenza A, B and C are the most common types that infect people. Influenza A and B are seasonal (most people get them in the winter) and have more severe symptoms. Influenza C doesn’t cause severe symptoms and it’s not seasonal — the number of cases stays about the same throughout the year. H1N1 (“swine flu”)  and  bird flu  are both subtypes of inf
